Our Quality Guarantee
We guarantee that the apparel you receive will be accurately printed according to the final digital proof you approved and will be free of material defects. If there is a confirmed error in the final product caused by our production process, we will work diligently to correct the order by replacing or reworking the affected items as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items (Customer Errors)
We cannot accept returns or offer replacements for the following reasons:
- Sizing Issues: The garment does not fit as expected. Please refer to our detailed size charts before ordering.
- Color Discrepancy: The color of the garment or print differs slightly from what was viewed on a digital monitor (due to variations in screen resolution).
- Customer Design Errors: Typographical errors, design placement mistakes, or low-resolution artwork issues that were present on the approved digital proof.
- Ordering Incorrect Style or Product: Choosing the wrong garment, brand, or color.
Rework and Correction Process (Manufacturer Errors)
If you believe the error was made on our part (e.g., the print differs significantly from the approved proof, or the garments are clearly defective), please follow these steps:
- Notification Window: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Documentation: Send an email to our support team with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defective item(s).
- Review and Rework: Our team will review the claim against your original approved proof. If we confirm a production error, we will promptly reprint and reship the corrected items at no additional cost to you.
Policy Note on Refunds
Since we will correct any production mistakes by reprinting the affected items, we do not issue full refunds for custom orders. Our guarantee is a commitment to ensuring you receive the correct, high-quality product as promised.
Care Instructions
Damage caused by failure to follow the recommended care instructions (e.g., washing in hot water, ironing the print) is not considered a defect and is not covered by our guarantee or return policy.
