Shipping Policy

This shipping policy outlines our procedures and options for delivering your custom apparel orders. Since every item is custom-made, production time must be factored in alongside shipping time.

Production Time vs. Shipping Time

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate.

Phase Description Typical Timeframe (after payment and proof approval)
Production The time required to prepare, print, cure, and package your custom order. 3-10 Business Days (Varies by method and quantity)
Shipping The time required for the carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx) to transport the package to your address. Varies by chosen shipping method (see below).

Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Transit Times

We currently ship only within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Standard Shipping 3-5 Business Days Cost-effective delivery for non-urgent orders.
Rush Shipping 1-2 Business Days Orders requiring fast delivery once production is complete.

Note: Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:

  • Total Weight of your custom apparel order.
  • Destination address (location).
  • Shipping Method selected (Standard vs. Rush).

All shipping costs will be clearly itemized before you finalize payment.

Rush Orders

If you require both faster production and faster shipping, you must contact us via support email or phone number before placing your order to confirm availability and receive a custom quote for the combined Rush Service fees.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has completed production and ships out, you will receive a confirmation email containing the carrier name and a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damage in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take photographs of the box and the contents immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Lost Shipments: If tracking information indicates that your package was lost or delivered but not received, please contact us. While we are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier, we will assist you in filing a claim.
